# Tokenomics

Different from regular games, Melaxy combines its mechanism and ecosystem with Blockchain Technology and allows players to manage their game assets on their own. A dual token system (MYT and IFS) applies to the game. This will ensure an economic cycle inside and outside the game.

### General Token: MYT

MYT token is the native token of the game. It is the main in-game universal currency for players. 

#### As the game currency, MYT can be used for:

* Upgrading and trading spaceship components Obtaining mining equipment
* Secondary market transaction fees
* Trading in DEX and CEX

#### How to get MYT token:

* Purchasing in DEX or CEX
* Completing in-game tasks
* Trading resources
* Trading of self-produced spaceship parts

#### Total supply:

MYT will be moderately issued according to the game development phase and the number of players increase

#### MYT Vesting

* **Seed round:** Unlocking on the 91st day after TGE, 8. 33% will be unlocked every month for 12 months.
* **PE round:** Unlocking on the 31st day after TGE, 10% will be unlocked every month for 10 months.
* **IDO:** 33% unlock each month from TGE.

### Governance Token: IFS

IFS is used for decentralized governance, such as voting on the development decisions of the game. Players can establish guilds in the game, and IFS holders will also get the right to vote on the governance of the guilds.

* Upgrading some primary equipment and occupying planets in the third phase of the game
* Trading in DEX and CEX

#### **How to get it:**

* Purchasing in DEX or CEX
* Completing special tasks
* Selling spaceship or planet NFT
* Mining from the planets in the Inferno galaxy
